How long have you waited to fill up your car?

Wow, is it that bad in Hotlanta?! We got hit with high prices right when Ike hit, but that lasted about a week. We haven't really dealt with long lines. I hope it gets beter down there for you all!

The prices are high but gas stations aren't able to get enough gas to meet supply right now.

Hi Lori,

We sat in line on empty in Nashville TN for 1 1/2 hours trying to get home to Alabama. That was a harrowing 1 1/2 hours!!

Hi Lori,

I met you in Alabama at Dominion Baptist on Sunday night. I love your blog! I look forward to keeping up with the 'goings on' in your family!

It was a delight to meet you all!

And, I LOVE the book on Reformation devotions! I've just started reading it but I am so impressed and I look forward to starting it tomorrow. We're going to use it throughout the month of October.

In Him,
Angie Martin (aka Lady Why)

Hi,
I'm so glad we got to meet on Sunday. We had such a wonderful visit with your church.

So far, only about a 5-10 minute wait (and that was only because the man in front of me had to pay inside). That was last week, though... I may try to refill today, so we'll see! Our favorite station, Sam's, has been out of gas for a couple of weeks. I'm hoping our local QT has some...

We filled up this morning at a QT. There were a few cars in line and the gas was the "right" price....$3.89 a gallon. Other stations were over $4. We only sat in line for about 5 minutes. It was mid-morning so that probably helped. We are just trying to fill up when we can, instead of waiting until we are desperate.

Yippee! We waited only 10 minutes for gas tonight at 9:00 for the grand price of $3.95 per gallon.
