Chill Out

Because I often fret and worry that I'm not the best mom because I can't do everything I think I'm supposed to do, Ray sent me this article. As always, he's right! All I need to do is - love God, love my husband, and love my children. Everything else will fall into place accordingly.

This Idea is Sew Great!

Mary attended a sewing camp this Summer and had a wonderful time! She got to be with her friends every day, make a regency dress and go to a regency ball at the end of the week. These are pictures of her, Sarah and Lydia dancing with friends. Lydia's prairie dress was made by my mom several years ago and has been worn many times.

Okay, I was given this amazing sewing machine. I turned it on today and press one button and the words that show up on the screen... Stop for safety reasons. The machine was in working order when I got it and within seconds I have it stopped. I have been scouring the owner's manual for help and letting the machine "cool" off a bit for me to think.
