Another new favorite

I found a new recipe about ten days ago and someone in my family has made it at least three times. It's not healthy! but it is delicious and easy.

Easy Praline Bars
15 graham cracker sheets (broken into fours)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Place crackers in one layer on a sprayed cookie pan. Sprinkle the pecans over the crackers. Next, in a saucepan on the stove bring the sugar and butter to a boil for two minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and pecans. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Quickly remove to wax paper to cool completely. Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over cooled bars. The original recipe called for half semisweet and half white chocolate chips. You could also try mixing in all kinds of flavors like toffee or peanut butter, but if you mix the flavors melt them and drizzle seperately so they'll be pretty. They are very tricky to get off of the wax paper so I just tear it apart and leave the candy on it until served. I like to keep them in the fridge. Makes about 60 bars if they come out of the cookie sheet right.
