Psalm 100

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
  Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!

 Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

 Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!

 For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.

The entire Rhodes family - every child, grandchild, and in law! We really miss Ray's dad! We didn't get a family picture of my side of the family.
Does your family memorize Scripture?
That has been by far the most encouraging thing that I have done as a parent. The younger the child, the easier it is for them to memorize. Our "Charlotte Mason Scripture memory card files" are invaluable to us and help keep
what we've memorized fresh for years to come.

Us with Nana, and I'm not sure what caused all of this.

Do you use your Charlotte Mason memory files every day? What time of day do you usually review memory verses?

We use our cards every morning right after breakfast, Monday through Friday. Saturdays are too haphazard and Sunday Ray does something different with us.
I learned a while back that to get your children into a habit of something you want them to do, attached that thing to something they already do and enjoy. We eat breakfast every day-so we have a basket near the table that contains all of our card boxes. We do Spanish flash cards after lunch :)
