We got to celebrate Courtney's birthday with her original family this weekend. What fun it was to surprise her with them coming to our house! I had asked her what kind of desserts she liked and she named a few of her favorite things, so I just put them all in a dessert glass and called it The Courtney.
Layer -
one chocolate chip cookie
one scoop of chocolate ice cream
one brownie
drizzle chocolate syrup
sprinkle mini chocolate chips
Repeat layers
Top with whipped cream and another cookie.
Someone said that if they had eaten another bite we would have had to call it Death by Courtney. It really was a delicious way for me to start back eating dairy.
