Be An Example

You'd be surprised at who's watching you. Walk the walk that God has set before you. Lately, I've been encouraged in my walk with God by some young ladies and I bet they don't even know it.

• Rachel, my own daughter, 22 years old and newly married is seeking to be a godly woman and because we are so close I can see her growth. I am encouraged when I go to her apartment and hear sweet music playing and see her working hard to be ready when Adrian gets home from work. She is also diligently practicing hospitality. 
• Rachel Means is a young lady that I hardly know but I'm friends with on Facebook. Her status updates are usually so sweet about her husband. She is a young mom and is always posting cheerful affections about her family. She is encouraging me to be more vocal in my affections.
• Natalie, oh my sweet friend, Natalie-what a joy she is to my heart. She is so kind and gentle and encouraging to me. I love how she displays gentleness to her children and she's an amazing bread baker!

Though these aren't the only young women I know growing in godliness, they are the first ones that come to mind. I would love to mention Candice's smile, Hannah's compassion and Sarah's desire to grow, and others....
