What a Week for Hannah!

This was definitely a week for a "Hannah-fest". On last Saturday her soccer team competed for the state championship. They lost but she got an all star award. Then on Monday, she was thrilled to get her ears pierced for the first time. Tuesday there was the sports banquet were she won the coach's award for basketball and Christian character award for soccer. (Sarah won best offensive player for the JV and Varsity teams she played for too.) Also on Tuesday, Hannah voted for the first time and the candidate she had been volunteering for the U.S. Congress 9th district won a run off spot. Wednesday she was fitted for glasses and she can finally "see" the world in a whole new light. She opened her own checking account and got the news that she is getting a scholarship she was really hoping for. And to top off the week Hannah graduated from high school!
