Cousin Talk

Cousins Catherine and Rebekah came to spend a few days and there was a lot of fun to be had. All the girls took their babies to the basketball game and cared for them like good mothers. Usually when the cousins come we try to do lots of special fun things that we don't necessarily have time for. This time I felt like we had to stay buckled down on school because we were out of town so much in October. We kept our same bedtimes, devotions, meals and school hours and the difference was great. The girls all had better attitudes, felt better and there was no whining. I may have found a new idea in parenting - children work and feel better on a good, healthy schedule:). But we'll still try to do some fun things every once in a while.
