In His Hands

As I held Lydia's hands in the waves this week, I thought of how much she trusted me to hold on to her so she could bounce and bob in the water safely. You know how small children will do - they let you hold their hands or arms and they will let their body just float along with the current of the water. I was reminded of how God holds us through our bouncing and bobbing of life. He holds us through whatever waves wash over us and His hand never slips and drops us. We are never anywhere without His reach.

Lori,

It is those truths that give us peace beyond what the world offers. Our faithful Lord Jesus has already given us all we ever need, and if we have nothing else, what He has already done is enough. His life, death and resurrection for our eternal security. Let us worship Him. I love the ocean.
