While serving those who are sick there are only two choices to make. The choice to serve as Christ or not.  Many times the sick and ailing can't or won't be considerate to those helping them. I have to decide how to respond, will I be Christlike or will I become annoyed and feel sorry for myself? On days like today, it is easier to think Christlike. After all, it is Good Friday. Jesus, the Ultimate Servant, suffered and died for those He came to serve. He was spit on and beaten, yet He did not turn away. But in the midst of numerous requests, full trash cans and mounds of dirty laundry, do I remember Christ? Not always.
